January- OJT Blog
Third week as an OJT. This week I have given a new task I was assigned in the business permit log in received book that the people who are what's to claim their permit I ask their names and business name then I will search it in the log ins book. Every person who claims their permit needs to write their signature. But somtimes my advisor's ask help for me to xerox their papers.

My first month as an OJT: A Journey of Growth and Discovery
Starting of my On The Job Training(OJT) I was felt nervous and excitement. I start my first day OJT in Jan.15, 2025. I knew this is one of my challenges to become a success so I will get this opportunity to apply my knowledge and develop new skills and gained real life work experience. And I assigned in treasurer's department office with my classmate. This is the beginning of my journey as OJT student.
First week:
My as an OJT was so nervous and excited and I am not eve eat break fast to not getting late on my first day. Me and my classmates meet in the HR office to know where we will be assigned. And the HR assign me with my classmate in the accounting office so we go to the office we are assigned but after we enter in the office the employees said that looking for a girl OJT's cause they don't like boy's OJT's. So one of the employee of accounting office ask that the treasurer's office is available and want boy's OJT's so I and my classmate go to the treasurer's office and they accept us. They we're so busy doing for a new and renewal business permit. So they ask for to help them to count the money collection from the people who renew there business permit. Then every morning when I arrive at the office the first thing I do is cleaning the office.
Second Week:
On my second week as an OJT is the busiest week I start receive more task. The task that given to me is to segregate the 3 copies of business permit the two xerox and the original and every one of them have a permit copy from mayor's office and staple in every one to the three copies of business permit then after segregation the details is going to be write in the log in book date, name, type of permit, occupational, name of business, gross sale, business tax, mayor's permit fee, and address and more. That is my task in the whole second week it's so exhausted but I enjoying it because my advisories are too funny they always joking..
Third week:
The first month of my OJT was challenging and lots of excitement and I have a lot of learnings. Im happy that I feel and experience what a professional do. There's still a lot need to learn and I willing to continue this journey with a determination.
