OJT Blog- January

The month of March would typically cover topics related to financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for the organization. A good treasurer would focus on strategic decisions to ensure the long-term financial health of the municipality. They would also ensure that the organization spends money correctly, pays its bills, and avoids financial difficulty. Additionally, they might cover topics like fundraising, monitoring investments.
First Week of March
I was feel so lazy to attend my 1st week of March of OJT because I was tired last day because I clean the office, but I don’t have any choice but to attend.
Lee ann asked me to encode data using the Microsoft Excel. Ma’am sheryll asked me to go to the other offices and asked the managers of the departments to sign the documents.
Second Week of March
I feel nervous because there is a Orientation in the auditorium that we need to accompany because the Treasure'rs Office is assigned in that kind of activities
Sheryll asked me to type the document using a Microsoft Word and print it, copy it to his flash drive and copy it to another computer. He also asked me to photo copy some document and compile it on folder. Ma’am Lee ann asked me to again to go to different offices. We put stamps and checked the papers that the applicant need to fill up.
3rd Week of March and Last week
This week is the last week of my OJT. I started my on-the-job training last January 14, 2025. I praise and thank God for His faithfulness in my life.
Before, I really thought that I couldn't find a good ojt because I know I'm not that smart. My knowledge about computer was not enough. So, I decided tto just pursue my ojt in a hospital. I didn't even prayed for that.
I just came up with an opportunity to have an OJT to a company recommended by our school. My friends and I passed our resume for application. I'm not expecting to be accepted in that company. Many weeks passed, there was no response from the company. My other friends, m their ojt even their company was too far and had no benefits.
That was the time I called to God. I asked Him to place me where He wants me to be. I said to Him that I'm willing to follow Him.
In this week I felt sad cause this is the last week we can work together so I milled in the job that I was assigned ma'am lee ann and ma'am sheryll is so close to me and I am very sad that I was going to be apart with them. Ma'am sheryll ask me to check all the business permit if it is complete.
